Claim or Correct a Listing

Claiming is free. Verified providers can update their bio, hours, accepted insurance, languages, telehealth availability, and respond to reviews.

Claim your profile

To verify identity we ask for your NPI, state license number, and a practice email address that matches your published contact information.

Spot a wrong address, phone number, specialty, or credential? Email corrections@findadoctorhub.com with:

• The provider name and profile URL
• The field that's incorrect and the corrected value
• A public source we can verify against (license board page, practice website, NPPES)

We review every correction request, typically within 5 business days.

Providers may request removal of their profile at any time by emailing removals@findadoctorhub.com from a practice email. We will remove the listing within 10 business days of verification.
