Review Policy

When patient reviews are enabled on Find A Doctor Hub, they reflect the opinions of individual users. We do not edit reviews for tone or favorability and we never accept payment to publish, remove, or reorder honest reviews.

Who can submit a review

Reviews must come from patients (or an authorized family member) describing a real visit or interaction with the provider. One review per patient per provider per visit.

What we don't allow

Specific clinical advice, diagnoses, or recommendations to other patients
Personal health information about anyone other than the reviewer
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language
Reviews from competitors, marketing agencies, or anyone with a conflict of interest
Incentivized or paid reviews
Content that violates HIPAA, state privacy law, or our Terms of Use

Moderation

Reviews are screened with automated checks and human review for the policies above. Removed reviews include a note to the submitter explaining which rule was applied.

Provider responses & disputes

Verified providers may post one public response per review. To report a review you believe violates this policy, email reviews@findadoctorhub.com.
